After an evaluation, we typically use spinal adjustments to correct any restrictions which promotes increased mobility and flexibility while easing nerve tension. Many of our patients walk out of our practice feeling an improvement after just one adjustment. As you evaluate how you feel after an adjustment, you may find yourself coming in for regular chiropractic adjustments. Your first appointment may be what helps drive you to continue to make positive changes in your life including a healthier diet, switching up your workouts, or trying new practices like yoga and/or meditation.
